The exhibition was held within the framework of the ⅩⅩⅠ Ars Cameralis Festival 2012 at the Rondo Sztuki, Gallery of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice
The premise of the exhibition was to show Picasso as the flagship artist of modernism; the artist, who at the end of his life dating back to classical artistic technique, as it turns out, is extremely timely in today’s era of television and popular culture.
The exhibition consisted of a collection of graphics belonging to the family Crommelynck. The presentation was based on works showing Crommelyncks’ family and Pablo Picasso during siesta, family photographs taken in Mougins and selected by the Land Cormmelynck videos of the relationship of Picasso and Piero.
It is worth mentioning, that all the works presented at the exhibition in the Rondo Sztuki Art Gallery have been shown in Poland for the first time.
